Awesome workers. The two gentlemen gave a courtesy call when 15 minutes away and arrived a few minutes before scheduled. They confirmed what was to be done which was loading our household furniture into a 16' PODS container. They were very courteous and respectful the entire time they were here, taking extra special care while moving our belongings from the house into the container and never took a break during the four hours they were here. Oh yes, I would definitely use them again.

They were on time. Prepared for the job, worked very hard and were respectful of our property and goods, for the most part. The only reason they did not get a 5 is I’m not sure they knew how to handle our Sleep Number bed. Whether it will survive is yet to be determined as it will be in storage for a few months. Also some things were left behind we had to deal with.

Although the movers themselves did an efficient and quality job of our few items that needed to be moved, the move was expensive and involved us waiting around for over two hours. We were scheduled for the move to start between 1-2pm, quite a large window, and they showed up at 2:55pm. Furthermore, we had to call the company twice to find out where they were and why there was a delay. No one bothered to call us to say they would be nearly an hour late. If you waste any of their time by showing up late, or there being traffic, or the move taking longer than expected, you owe them extra money. If they show up late, well, “These things happen,” was the excuse we were given by the telephone operator at Move Pros. Shouldn’t we be reimbursed then for taking off work to meet people who didn’t show on time and didn’t call to let us know? Not very professional. I wouldn’t recommend them due to this. The movers themselves were just fine though- the company, well...not what we expected for the price.

I was told by Hire A Helper that I had a choice of starting either at 8a or 9a...I chose 9. I got a voicemail from Move Pros that they would be on site between 8 and 9...they didn't arrive until 9:15.
They seemed to not have much information about the job but I walked them through and they started work. The worked hard, but I believe that only one of them had some training and/or experience. Unfortunately, he didn't provide much direction to the other two.
I had two pods to loan one of which they loaded almost completely with boxes and then were struggling to figure out how to get all the furniture into the other. I had to help them partially unload and re organize the second pod and then go get a Uhaul trailer to finish loading the furniture. I then had to give them direction on how to get the best use of the trailer and then make a few more adjustments to the second pod. As I said, they worked pretty hard, but it was clear that they had little to no training or experience.

Great guys! The team leader was very experienced. He was mentioned the other guy who was careful and follow the instructions from the experienced mover.
They worked as a team and emptied a 16x8x8 foot POD in 3 hours to a 3 story home. I would hire this team again in a minute.
Several friends helped me on moving day. One is moving in January 2021 & will be using this company for her move!

Justin and Donta (sp.?) were great. Went about their business with a laugh - efficient and friendly! Not a scratch or mark on our white walls, which is amazing given how white they are!!
