First of all they 20 minutes late. My husband told our son to handle the lighter boxes since he’s a kid, and that’s when it went downhill from there. One guy started mouthing off and complaining why my son is carrying the lighter boxes. They were cursing and mouthing off in front of my son. Throughout the whole 3 hours they kept complaining. We told them they could leave if they wanted to. I can go on and on about all the things that happened but it would be too long. I will never use them again. I do not recommend. Especially the short one with the tattoos. So unprofessional. Fare WARNING. Don’t choose them.

Did a nice job handling the tetris (think of the game) of fitting everything into a limited space.
Also, did a nice job handling a very heavy wooden desk... because of how it is built, you can't put a dolly underneath it... they basically had to lift and carry it out. This also involved removing the door and hinges so they could fit this massive desk through the door.
But they did it!

Due to circumstances of the customer before us, the crew did not arrive for our 3 PM appointment until 10:53 PM. The job was just to unload a truck of the contents of a 1000 sq ft condo. They were exhausted from working all day and moved slowly on my job because they were so tired. I had to pay for 3 hours instead of the 2 hours I had contracted. I think they would have finished in 2 hours if they weren’t so tired already. Would not use them again because we were also up until after 2 am, after having driven 8 hours that day to rush to be at our destination to meet them at 3 PM. We could not reschedule for the next day because we would have had to pay $125 for an extra day of the moving truck rental. This unload was as so exhausting for everyone.

The crew showed up as promised and with fantastic energy which they kept the entire time. Dante, Hank, and Chad were enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional. When challenges popped up, they met and overcame them. The move was more than I thought, but they didn't loose their smiles or professionalism. They stayed until the job was done, even though I underestimated (really underestimated) how long it would take. They busted their tails getting the job done, and went above and beyond doing so.
