Whereas the guys were friendly, Thier was several items scratched and damaged that absolutely were not prior too them being handled, Yes I provided more than enough furniture pads. Very disappointed and certainly will not use this service again.

They arrived on time, were knowledgeable, were done early, they brought their own stuff and most importantly they loaded the truck so that there was no damage in route.

Wonderful job, highly recommend Chris and Anthony. They arrived on time, took a quick look at what needed to be loaded into my POD, and got right to work. They were very courteous, respectful, and careful with my things. I appreciated their efficient use of time, they even finished early.
There is an art to loading storage containers so everything fits and doesn’t shift during the move, these guys are PROS!!

They got everything done and were very careful with my things. They were just slow. Lots of complaining. It was hot, I know.

Christian was dragging the entire time. On his phone, piddling.
I did not have water for them except out of the sink. They were not prepared to hydrate. The guys that packed my things in Dallas brought a cooler of Gatorade and water. Since I was moving in, there was nothing in my house and I assumed they would bring their own.
Overall, I am thrilled my things are out of the pods, but they could have been done in 2 hours instead of 3 in my opinion.
