The packers Donta, Jose and Torrance almost an hour late. They were prepared for the job with having their equipment and supplies. They were told what items not to take but had to remind them a couple of times what to leave, so they had to put items back.
Was told by lead packer that I would have room for more boxes and cleaning tools one they were finished. He commented after I showed him every room, garage and decks to be loaded, that I probably didn't need the 2 16 ft pods.
The lead packer said he was very good at how to pack the pods but from what I could see on how he used the space I could've done a lot better. There was not extra room for the few boxes I had left to pack when they were done. They took 2 hours longer than expected. I would not use these individuals again to pack the pods.
My mistake was not actually supervising the loading of the pods and giving them a tip before looking how the last items were put in
I guess I will see how respectful they were of my property once it is unpacked at next home.

They were over an hour late. No reason given. I had over an hour left when the job was completed but they were not excited about helping move a couple of small landscaping rocks. I didn’t want to deal with their lack of motivation so I let them go early.

Move Pros we’re great - called the day before to confirm and before arriving. They helped me fit everything into my pod and shrink-wrapped many of the larger items. I’d use them again!

Hank and Rob were both great and did everything they could to ensure my move successfully. The company itself not so good. The morning of my move, they short me on man power. I requested and paid for 3 helping hands but, only two showed up which caused my move to take much longer than anticipated. I had to jump in to assist Hank and Rob "not because they asked me to" but, because the 3rd hand did not show. It was hot out and I needed to get the move done. Now, You would think when or if this happens to a client, the moving company would give some form of reimbursement or discount considering; however, they didn't, they still charged me FULL Price! No follow up from them to find out about my moving experience, nothing, except sending me emails to complete this survey; therefore, I decided to abide them. While their fees may be reasonable; however, this is the prime example of getting what you pay for. I had another company that give me a bid and because the were more In cost, i decided to go with your company considering there were good reviews. Well those reviews must have been compiled by family members and friends of the owner/s. When you dont deliver everything a client requested and or paid for, then you should compensate the client, not take our money knowing you didn't deliver. I felt for Hank and Rob, the two amazing helpers who did show up and did a great job hence the reason I helped them. I was the paying client and I had to help with services i paid for "dont blame Hank or Rob" you the owner/s and Management are at fault because I'm certain you were aware that everyone did not show. This is simply ridiculous. I would not ever recommend or use your services again no matter the situation. Rob and Hank, thank you both very much for your hard work and efforts. I suggest you both seek employment with a company that cares more about their employees and clients because this one you're working for clearly do not! And to the third party working with clients to help select various moving companies for us, you all were great and I dont fault you either. I fault the moving company itself!

Jarrell and JC showed up within the hour allotted. They dug right in and got two Uhaul (5x12) unloaded in less than 2 hours. They were pleasant and did not take any breaks. We were amazed and thankful. Would gladly refer to others.

Absolutely wonderful service from Move Pros! I called for service last minute and they were able to come that same day. Such a relief! I was given an arrival time between 3 and 4 and they arrived within that time frame. Both men were courteous and professional from the moment they stepped into my house. I had just bought a house and had many people coming in and out, delivering things, assembling furniture, measuring carpet, etc so I’ve dealt with so many random people in my house, some of them not so friendly or good at their job. Not so with these guys! They introduced themselves, were friendly engaging in tidbits of conversation here and there, and the best part: they were moving boxes within 2 minutes of arriving swiftly and efficiently. I wanted them to move an entire garage full of items I unloaded from a full Uhaul. There was a lot of up and down with a set of stairs and not once did they complain. There were many heavy things and no complaint there. In fact, they had a friendly demeanor the entire time, smiling and calling me ma’am, and making sure they put the boxes in the correct spot. Move Pros are definitely pros at what they do! I highly recommend them.
