Don't use this company if you care about your furniture. Rented 30 pads, they never used one. My furniture was scratched, dented, and broken. I called Hire a Helpet they told me it was not there problem, call the company that took the job. Called them no help.

Two issues: 1) The movers didn't seem to realize that when you pack a truck heavy boxes go on the bottom and light boxes go on top. Really? That is moving 101. Crushed multiple boxes filled with delicate/glass items. 2) They scratched the floor multiple places. I called the company and they sent a repairman. I thought he was just going to assess the damage. We wanted cash in-lieu because it is a rental house and that is what the owners wanted but the company does not offer it if they can "repair" the damage. Their "repair" was to color the floor with a stain marker. He did a terrible job of it as well. Very disappointed overall. I will never use them again.

The guys who came were awesome! They were fast but cautious And kind. I had just had a stroke before moving and this completely removed the stress of getting my household items in place! Thanks so much!

I really think that they did a good job, they were fast, maybe little too fast, on 9/24/2015, at the house in San Antonio, TX, the problem I had I had to tell, several times to stop packing thing that were not in sealed boxes. On one occasion they packed a bag of trash, I stop them for sealing the box. The next day when I got ready to leave for Oklahoma , I could not find my laptop bag with my laptop an all other electronic cords, (laptop, kindel, tablet, and cell phones cords) the reason I have not reported this to my insurance, and have made a formal report with the compay; is that they may have packed in box, without my knowledge, I do not want make a false report, or accuse anyone of something they did do, other than just guilty of poor judgement; and then later i find my items. Everything should be unpacked and gone through by February 2016, (everything is still presently in storage) if it not in any boxes ; I will then formally inform the company and file a claim with my renters insurance, which must include a police report, if anyone complain about the time I took to handle this , my lawyer is ready to take it from there.
