I was Nervous as a single Mom moving to a New State on my own & They showed up on time & They were 2 Very, Very Respectful Men, No let me say 2 Gentlemen in every way!!!They were so great & So Kind about everything & They got all of my stuff unloaded under time! And they asked if I Needed help setting up all my beds and things that needed to be put together and they did & set up all my bed frames and beds & put my other things together!! And helped me set up heavy stuff I couldn’t lift!!! These 2 Men were a true blessing to me! ??!!! ?? They were very professional & that made me feel really comfortable!! I highly recommend them in every way! You can call me and I’ll verify!!! Thank You!!!! I couldn’t have done this without their help!! Think they both deserve Raises!!!????????

I was expecting approximately a 5 hr charge for a load and unload for a one bedroom apt but they worked very slow and it took them 7.5 hrs for a load and unload in a 16 ft truck. The unload location was 13 miles on the interstate highway. I felt the work was very slow and the time charged was excessive for a 1 bedroom apt. The 2 man crew started out asking for tips at the very beginning and it went downhill from there to the very end. This 2 man crew was super rude including as they walked away giving me a hand gesture after I had just given each individual a $40 tip. I should never have given a tip but I did appreciate how hard the work was and I had ignored the unprofessional attitude! I was very sorry that I gave both of them a tip after the gesture at the end after he had gladly taken his tip. This was a VERY unprofessional crew and I would never use them again! There was no damage to any of my items is the best thing I can say about this crew.

They were not prepared with furniture straps and was not able to move my large furniture. I've never heard of a moving company that does not have furniture straps. I had to get two additional family members to come help. Also, were not good with time management and went over two additional hours that could've been avoided. Also my boxes were labeled but not placed in the proper rooms in the new place. I had two kitchen boxes in my bedroom that were really heavy and I had to move myself after the fact. There were more as well.
