Wow! This was the most amazing experience I could ask for! The movers were there on time and worked VERY hard to move me within the two hours.
I moved a three bedroom home into a two bedroom apartment and I know that my dining room table, washer/dryer, etc must have been extremely heavy, but they did it and even reassembled everything for me! They were so friendly and helpful and everything I could have asked for. The office staff was fabulous too-they called to confirm my info, time I wanted to start, etc.
I give them 5 stars and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving in the San Antonio area!

The entire move was pretty good until the end. We kept the truck locked the entire time we were away from it, until the movers showed up. We paid for three movers, but only two showed up. Easy fix, Javier called Kelli (manager) and she called hireahelper.com and the rate was reduced. The move was good and quick, unfortunately though we put a little too much trust into the guys. The next day we go to unload the Penske truck we realize that two of our boxes, DVD and PS3 box were opened. The DVDs in the DVD box were moved all around, but the PS3 was gone. Whenever I called the office, the guy at the desk contacted the manager right away. Thirty minutes later, the manager called us back. She was the problem. She said that Javier was very trustworthy, but never said anything about the other worker. When we asked what to do about the missing merchandise, she said it wasn't her fault and it wasn't her responsibility due to her not being there. I know we won't get our money or PS3 back, but at least admit that it was the business's fault its gone.
