What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will send a confirmation email with a list of the inventory to be moved. The customer will receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to the appointment letting them know we have them confirmed.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On the day of the move, the guys will give a courtesy call and text 30 minutes prior to their arrival to let the customer know their ETA.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

For a fast and efficient move, it is best that the customer has all miscellaneous items boxed and taped up so the guys can grab and go.

What types of moves have you handled?

Our company provides local residential and office moves as well as moving customers within the state of Texas.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide thorough in-house training including but not limited to the proper way to lift heavy items, teamwork, wrapping furniture with blankets and stretch wrap, packing fragile items, assembling and disassembling common household items, the proper way to load a truck for maximum efficiency and stability while in transport and overall safety and customer service.
