Our experience was terrible!
Showed up 45 min late, incorrectly packed a “8 cu.ft. pod”, had an arrogant attitude and lastly tried to bill an extra 1.25 hrs that they weren’t even there for.
Our definition of incorrectly pack is don’t place metal and wood items on top of upholstered or leather furniture without furniture pads that we provided. The furniture that were used were not secured to the furniture item so therefore “fell down”. Heavier boxes were placed on top of lighter weight items. There were “holes” (space) where they didn’t pack the items tightly. They left 4 boxes out of the pod that they said wouldn’t fit. My brother in law drove 3hrs to unpack the entire pod and repck it properly. Amazingly, he was able to get everything in including the 4 boxes they left behind. Guess he was better at playing Tetris!!!
