The movers showed up 2 hours late ,we had to call the owner to find out where they were. They slowed down when it got close to the time ending. One of the guys was attempting to move our refrigerator alone and ripped a hole in our kitchen floor. We were told they are contacting the insurance through HireAHelper- but we are still waiting to hear back. Not a very good experience.
