I am moving 700 miles away and rented my first 26ft truck, to take everything from my storage and as much as I could from my apartment. My storage unit is on the 2nd floor and the elevators get busy on the weekend, so I scheduled Kush Movers at 6 am, when the storage unit opens.
The movers did not show up on time, as I requested this company specifically due to their hours posted as available. One was 1 hour and 10 minutes late and the other was 1 hour and 30 minutes late, yet I was charged for the entire time I paid, as you are charged up front.
There was a problem with the loading ramp of the truck I rented, rather than allow me to go 5 minutes away to swap out the truck, the movers insisted they would be fine working around that. I was moving out of a second-floor storage unit to a moving truck, and it was just me, along with both movers. There were times when I was downstairs at the truck and asked the mover in the storage unit to move things towards the elevator and there were times, it appeared as if he wasn't doing anything because I wasn't present, as when I went back upstairs, only 2 things had moved over the course of 20+ minutes.
After emptying my storage and loading to the truck, we had to go 1.5 miles to my apartment and load some more items.
The mover who insisted that they would be okay without the ramp, got underneath the truck to guide the ramp back under the truck. He somehow cracked his phone in the process and proceeded to vent and fuss to the point that it took him more than 30 minutes to re-engage at the second location. He said he was on the phone with his insurance company. The ENTIRE time, all he kept doing was fussing about his phone and how he didn't make enough money to even pay for his damaged phone.
At this point, I got in contact with the owner of the company to express my concerns. He spoke with the other worker who was not upset to get an idea of what was going on. The owner then tells me that the ramp not being operational is a problem. I quickly the owner to the fact that it was his mover's direction that I followed and that had nothing to do with the fact that they were late, took more than 30 minutes to reengage and it was frustrating having a mover fuss and complain.
The 26ft truck was loaded poorly, not to the point of damaging my furnishings, but it did not max out the space available within the truck. The way they tried to cube it out, caused me to not be able to get more from my apartment onto the truck and lots of wasted space. The mover who wasn't unhappy said, if it was cubed right, we could have fit everything in your apartment onto the truck! WOW, just wow!!!
The owner insured me that he would take care of my concerns, discount the services or offer a partial refund. However, NOTHING has taken place since they left. Except, one mover had to come back to take a picture of the inside of the truck, as he forgot to take it before they left.

The movers provided an hour time range for arrival from 2 to 3 PM. The two movers arrived separately both late one at 3:10 and one around 3:40. Once they got to moving things out of my POD they were incredibly slow. My pod which took a hour and twenty minutes to load to three hours to empty and get into my apartment. That was with elevators and no stairs between the apartment and pod in the parking lot. I will say nothing was broken or damaged and they did not charge me for the additional time but it was an unnecessarily long process.

International client booked with us we packed and moved all there belongings in storage while children teenagers supervised. We have 3 states we service and we provide carrier services
