Kush needs to learn to communicate to their customer. My requested window was 8-9 am to unload my Pod. Nine o’clock came and went no one. Then got a call from a gentleman who had just been dispatched to my job but he was still 40 minutes out. Asked him about the second worker and he said I should be hearing from him shortly. I did get a call 10minutes later and he said he’d be at my house by 10. This gentleman did arrive by 10. Unfortunately, the first one ran into an accident on the freeway and he didn’t arrive until we’ll after 11. Understand he had no control over that, but we were done about 20 minutes later. I did receive a call from kush but it was after 9 am and then when I went to pay they wanted to charge me for 4 hours instead of 2 that I scheduled. The two gentleman were fantastic and if I could have hired them without using Kush it would have been a great experience.

Would give this crew more than 5 stars if I could. They did an amazing job with our recent move and helped us pack a storage pod. Crew was on time, efficient and professional. They knew what they were doing and took care of our things. Had a few laughs with the guys too! I will hire them for any future moves or anytime I need help with heavy lifting.

My helper Ray did an amazing job and he was by himself. He emptied my entire truck, including heavy couches and furniture, easily. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Tay and the guys worked wonderfully with much ongoing coordination and did a great job packing what could be packed into the 2 16' trailers.
PODS under estimated how many I would need, and those in management woefully prepared the workers in advance. They got the call well after the stated start time.

Long distance from San Diego to Virginia , Chicago, Montana, Washington, Texas, Tennesse, New York, Georgia, Oregon Incoming clients from all over the country. International client booked with us we packed and moved all there belongings in storage while children teenagers supervised. We have 3 states we service and we provide carrier services
