The two gentlemen who came out and helped me were the bomb. They were friendly. On time, efficient, and mindful of my belongings. They definitely were not slackers. They did not sit down a second they were here and hustled the whole time they were working. Very very impressed wish I could have them at my delivery address

I am highly disappointed in the quality of work of the movers that were assigned to help me move. They were incredibly unprofessional. Their lack of concern for the care of my possessions makes me hesitant to recommend or use them ever again.
1. They arrived late to the job (by 30 minutes)
2. One mover took horrible care of my possessions. A moving box fell off of the dolly every time he went through my front door.
3. I checked the pod about halfway through to find that they were not stacking my boxes correctly. A whole column of boxes was falling over. I also had boxes (that were labeled as fragile) on their sides or upside down. When I asked them to fix it, the younger mover stood and watched and made it clear that he was irritated that I asked them to fix it.
4. The younger mover laid on my couch or my living room floor to take breaks excessively.
5. They kept asking me to leave to go to the store and bring them back some food and water.
6. They ended up asking my neighbor for water from her fridge.
7. My neighbor was so concerned for my safety that she called her husband. He came home early from work and stood to watch to make sure I was okay.
8. They asked me to close the tab two hours in even though it was obvious it was going to take the full 4 hours to complete the job. They wanted me to close the tab and then tip them for the two additional hours that it took them.
9. I ended up having to move boxes and wrapping furniture myself to get the job done in the 4 hour time frame.
Overall, they had such an unprofessional attitude. They acted as though I was inconveniencing them to do their job.

The workers were very polite. The workers arrives late everyday. They did not have all the equipment necessary to effectvely do a move each day. My freshly painted walls were scratches from their work. They dentes my washer. They did not help to set up beds. They only unloaded and droppes boxes and items. My last movers that packed me in Sacramento where very profeasional and effective. KUSH could leaen a lot from my other movers.

What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance from San Diego to Virginia , Chicago, Montana, Washington, Texas, Tennesse, New York, Georgia, Oregon Incoming clients from all over the country. International client booked with us we packed and moved all there belongings in storage while children teenagers supervised. We have 3 states we service and we provide carrier services
