We scheduled 2 movers for 2 hours to arrive between 7-8 am. 8:15 they called to say they’d be 20 min late. One guy finally showed up at 10:30 and got started on his own, the other showed up at 11:30 and was super slow and didn’t bother to apologize for being late. They finally finished at 12:30- 2.5 hours past the latest we had planned. We were not compensated at all for the inconvenience. Poor communication with customers and internally.

I booked Kush Movers at the last minute thru Hire A Helper and they were wonderful!! The owner called me directly and even though they already had a busy day, his crew fit me in between jobs and he stayed in contact with me throughout the day. They were fast, careful, and pleasant to work with!! I will definitely be using them again! Top notch service and great guys!! Thank you so much!!

Excellent work by these gentlemen. They showed up on time, knew what they were doing, were exceptionally careful when moving large/heavy objects. Definitely would recommend.

The owner of Kush Movers came to the job without speaking to me and stopped his workers from doing the jobs I had told them to do. Without informing me he had even arrived, he called your service and told you to start charging me for a third man (which was him). When I found out he had stopped work for more than an hour, I told him to leave. He refused and threatened to take his employees away and leave me with no help at all. This man was rude, he lied to me and tried to cheat me out of money. When your service called me to inform me he was adding a third man to the service, I refused. His delay tactics were intended to run up chargeable hours and adding himself as a third man to the job without even informing me he was at my apartment was an obvious attempt to cheat me out of money. His delays added 1 hour and 15 minutes to the job and I’m certain he cheated his employees out of the additional money. In my opinion the Kush Movers owner should eat this additional $237 that I was charged for delays he created. And, I think your company would be better off if you permanently removed the owner of Kush Movers from your platform. If I had not already scheduled unloading services at my end destination, I would not use your service until after I knew Kush Movers owner was banned from operating as one of your service providers!

Long distance from San Diego to Virginia , Chicago, Montana, Washington, Texas, Tennesse, New York, Georgia, Oregon Incoming clients from all over the country. International client booked with us we packed and moved all there belongings in storage while children teenagers supervised. We have 3 states we service and we provide carrier services
