The guys that came out to help me with my move were great. The were careful with all of the furniture, courteous of a sleeping baby, and did a great job packing up our Pod. Would definitely recommend.

I was expecting them to arrive between 0900 and 1000, as contracted. Unfortunately, they arrived at 1100. This caused my wife and me to unload half of the truck ourselves to ensure the mandatory, inflexible timeline we had after the offload was still possible. The workers were good and completed the remaining half of the job in about an hour. I don't blame the workers but DO blame the sceduler who apparently did not schedule the earlier job(s) accurately or did not take travel time between jobs into consideration. I would hire these giys in a heartbeat but won't do business with Kush movers again due to their arrival one hour outside the contracted arrival time.

Movers were inexperienced
Did not use all of the furniture blankets that I bought ( After asking multiple times to use all 24 blankets I found a pack of 12 blankets unused and packed wboxes on the truck)
Scratched my dining room table
Showed up unprepared
Did not know how to disconnect a dryer or washer machine from the wall
Did not know how to dissemble my bed
Did not dissemble baby’s crib
I was told I only needed to supply furniture blankets and tie down straps. Ended up needing to make an additional trip to the store to purchase bubble wrap and tape
The owner was unresponsive when I and his movers tried calling multiple times

What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance from San Diego to Virginia , Chicago, Montana, Washington, Texas, Tennesse, New York, Georgia, Oregon Incoming clients from all over the country. International client booked with us we packed and moved all there belongings in storage while children teenagers supervised. We have 3 states we service and we provide carrier services
