Wonderful experience. Crew was on time, well prepared, and went out of their way to make sure all of our belongings were well protected and packed well. Very respectful, hardworking, and personable. Will be using again in the near future on another relocation. I only wished I had booked all my services with them and not just half. Will make sure to give them my business at anytime again in the future. Great people. Use with zero hesitation.

These guys were AMAZING! They took a massive 500lb plus solid wood sideboard and flipped it around like it was nothing! Total pro’s! Will definitely hire them again!

They showed up almost half an hour late to the move. They texted me that they had arrived so I come down and greet them. The first thing out of the shorter guy's mouth was "Do you have a dolly, we don't have one". How are you going to be moving labor but not bring anything to help with the move? I opened up my PODs container and they start helping me with the light stuff, moving stuff out for me to the loading elevator. They moved most of the items up to the second floor of my building, the same level as my apartment and they asked me to show them where to go. I took them to my place and they said "god d**n, this is too long". It's about a minute or two minute walk from the loading elevator to my apartment. This is when the first alarm rang out in my head. They helped me get the rest of the furniture into the building except for two pieces which they felt were heavy and bulky. The shorter guy began complaining to me that they needed a dolly and that he was going to go to HomeDepot to quickly buy one. His colleague also decided to go with him so they left me there alone for an HOUR moving boxes alone and doing my best to take everything that was manageable by one person to my own apartment. They show up an hour later with a dolly they claimed was $200 (it was one of the rental dollies and this is when I realized they were up to no good). They took my furniture one by one to my apartment and placed it down. The tall, silent guy was really nice and actually helped me put together the stand for my TV. Unfortunately, they dropped and damaged one of my pieces of furniture (entertainment center) and then the short guy came in and claimed that the damage of it falling off the dolly wasn't done by them even though it was NOT there beforehand. He then gave me lip saying he normally surcharges $250 extra for "heavy" items even though the item was about 200 lbs, it was just awkward to move due to its length. When they were beginning to wrap it all up, the short guy pulls me aside and insists I pay them $80 extra as a tip or else he was going to have his brother (who apparently runs the operation) charge me $500 cause they work over the 2 hours. In total they worked about an hour and a half and this is including the fact that they arrived at 3:20 pm and then took an entire hour to themselves to go to HomeDepot to rent a dolly. One of the guys could have stayed behind to help me move the stuff like I had asked but they chose to ignore me and do their own thing. It was clear to me that they were just seeking to waste time in order to push up a higher bill and make more money while doing less work. When I refused to pay this guy for the supposed $200 dolly, he gave me attitude. I ended up giving them $80 to make them leave my home and leave me alone. I would not recommend these guys, overall I found them very unprofessional, dishonest and unorganized. Imagine paying people to do work for you that you yourself end up doing half of on the allotted time. The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because that one guy was nice and helped me out with the TV while his shorter colleague was pressuring him not to.
