Service was set for 2 hours
Amount of movers: 2.
Good thing: They arrived on time and were friendly.
Negatives:
1. One of the movers showed up with a heavy scent of marijuana. It seems like he probably smoked in his car right before beginning working with us.
2. We kept informing both workers what we needed assistance with. Continuously telling them we needed them to move the heavier stuff up the stairs. However, they kept grabbing light items, such as ONE umbrella, to move upstairs. When we would ask them to help with the heavier stuff, one person would need to get the other's attention multiple times because he would just have his headphones in.
3. For 2 hours, we paid $239 and anything over would possibly be $250 per hours. In those 2 hours, both of the movers took MULTIPLE breaks. I get it, it was a hot day and everything. We provided them with several bottles of water. However, taking multiple 10 minute breaks or so in only 2 hours was ridiculous. My fiancé, her parents, and I just finished an 8-10 drive from San Francisco. But, WE were the ones that were doing a majority of the moving without any breaks because we knew the time crunch of 2 hours.
4. One of the movers were asking all of us about anyone suspicious following him around. He was saying he has someone stalking him and would just go to the bathroom. There was NO ONE in the area, aside of neighbors. But, he said he would see the same car circling our area, which wasn't true.

We did finish in the 2 hours. But, that's because we mainly did all of the lifting of items. For a two man carry type of items, they would need help from me and/or my father in law because one of them would be on some sort of break.

They didn't have any sort of back braces or anything for safety measures. I was very concerned about that because of the heavy lifting. You really would not have thought these guys were working for the company. One of them has a shirt, which is what let me know they were with the company. The other guy just looked like someone that walked up and decided to help.

I wouldn't recommend this moving company unless they provide different movers and much more professional.

Very professional crew. They hustled to get the job done in the 2 hour window that I hired them. Would recommend them!

Steady workers. Mike attempted to talk politics—never a good idea. Otherwise, they were respectful of property and had good ideas.

They were late but kept me updated. They were very fast and still took care with my items. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Unprofessional, did not use the furniture protection we provided. Scuffed walls and scraped the whole side of my leather couch against the concrete. We had to maneuver big furniture into tight spaces because they could not do it. No communication with thier team.

TERRIBLE! Do not pay money for this company!!!! I received a phone call at noon the day of saying they had found someone for my move but rather than my selected time of 4pm they would arrive at 5pm, I said ok. It wasn’t until 715 that the mover arrived and my order was for 2 movers for 2 hours. ONE mover only showed up and my elderly father had to help move when I paid over $300 for two movers to move my stuff ON TIME. This company was terrible I don’t recommend anybody waste their time with this company.
