I cannot put into words how great of an experience I had with the two movers who helped me this past weekend, Eric and Tony. If you have ever watched Undercover Boss where the CEO goes into the field of their business to roll up their sleeves and show how it should be done, well I wouldn't be surprised if these two were Co-CEOs of the company. The professionalism, courtesy, patience, and willingness to over communicate to my 70 year old parents (who were stressed out of their minds) in an effort to calm them down, all of their qualities turned into the best experience I have ever received in my career. They were early, they went above and beyond, they were careful, and their attitudes were contagious - in a positive way! I spent 8 years in the Marine Corps moving around, followed by the last 20 years in corporate America relocating for work reasons over six times now. Eric and Tony made this the best possible experience, I would pay 3X the amount to have them help me again in the future because we all know you get what you pay for. Both of these gentlemen should be the role models for all moving companies. Job well done!

Mach 1 Movers showed up promptly, were pleasant to talk to and work with, and expertly repacked our POD which I'm pretty sure is the only reason we were able to pack everything we did. It was such a relief to have competent movers who could handle all the really heavy lifting and were willing to work around our specific circumstances. Highly recommended, and I'd work with them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
