The movers were on time and initially friendly. I had a storage POD delivered to an apt. complex and unfortunately there were not many locations where the POD could be placed within the complex. I did have the POD placed as close to my unit as possible but some walking was required by the movers. The lead mover in particular complained about this several times and how it was taking up too much time to walk, and it was then difficult to go up stairs. The job was going to go over one hour and the lead mover insisted I pay for that hour before they continued which was fine, but it was his attitude in general that was unprofessional overall.

Mover's response:
Hi Cindi. I am so sorry that it seemed like I was unprofessional. We were booked for 2 men for 2 hours to unload a pod up to a 3rd story unit. I warned you during the booking (days in advance) that it would take no less than 3hrs. You insisted. We complied. Once on the job the 200 yard walk added quadrupled your time needed. We explained several times that we could not "Screw" the next customer and stay past 3 hours. We are sorry that you did not follow our advise.

Douglas and Michael were extremely helpful. Very courteous and professional. Hard working and really knew had expertise in knowing how to load the Big Boxes. We were extremely grateful. So nice to see hard-working young people. We would absolutely use them again.

Fantastic! They got almost my whole house loaded faster than I ever though, advised us on how to best pack what was left, and packed it so well they saved us money on freight charges. So glad we booked them, it made the move so much easier!

So my move was a pain from the beginning. Downsizing a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment and cramming all that in a 16' pod was fun. Mike and his crew from Mach1 were in communication via text as soon as they were hired. Given the size of the move and distance from pod to pad, he asked if they could start at 7:30am. Yes, sir, you may. Mike shows up with 2 guys at 7:30 on the dot and they get rolling. I have to check out of the hotel so I leave them to it. Come back 45 minutes later and he's called in 3 more helpers and they're almost done unloading the pod. Seriously these guys MOVED! Prices are totally reasonable and everyone was so friendly. Definitely recommend Mike and the Mach 1 team.

I have only good things to say about the crew that came to unload my PODS container. They were good communicators and worked with me in terms of arrival time, worked super hard and fast while they were here and were very careful with my stuff. They made a point of putting things where I wanted them, always asking where I wanted such and such a thing to go. I would absolutely use them again.
