Mike and Ace were dynamite! Right on time, had all the essential necessities for the job. I was especially pleased that they protected the doors from the heavy furniture. They didn't waste a minute and kept asking if there was anything else they could do.

The movers for Mach 1 showed up right on time and got to work right away. They were very careful with all of our items and made sure they were properly packed and that they would arrive at our destination without any damage. They worked fast and they did not slow down or take excessive breaks that would run the clock down (they took two short breaks - we had them for 6 hours - which they did not incorporate into the time we had paid for). I would definitely use them again if I lived in the area and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else - you will not be disappointed!

The helpers were very professional and courteous. I specified the nature of the move and how keeping the walls intact and the carpet clean were super important to me. They were respectful of my request and were cautious in handling my furniture and mindful of the white walls and white carpet. They placed things back in their correct places after moving furniture around. I did not have to remind them. I would certainly use their services again if the need arises.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
