VERY disappointed. I explained the night before the job and the start time to Jorge. I EMPHASIZED the need to have them there on time. Instead they showed at 9:15 am, much later than expected. Jorge made some efforts, the other worker was ABSOLUTELY useless. He actually watched Jorge load items by himself. I assisted Jorge! A COMPLETE WASTE of $408 dollars. I would NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THIS SERVICE.

Workhorse Movers were very conscientious and asked questions if they were unsure or if something was wrong. The team worked steadily and carefully. Jorge was very competent. They finished on time and were on schedule to arrive. (Sadly the previous movers (NOT WORKHORSE) who loaded the PODS did not pack some items well and did not wrap some of the furniture carefully, so it was damaged.)
