I had a great experience. My moving Upack container was severely delayed and they were willing to work with me to get it all unloaded in a swift manner. They did not wait around and there was no damage to my items by them. Very professional group of men and I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

My two ProLoad movers showed up on time, and were extremely skillful at loading up my U-Pack cubes to maximize the space available... like an intricate game of tetris. They wrapped my belongings in the materials I provided, and aligned with us on a gameplan before getting started. The only reason this wasn't a 5-star review is that they put a pretty decent gouge in my wood floor with the a couch leg. And then I saw them drag a heavy rubbermaid container across the floor leaving more scratches. I pointed this out to him immediately and he were very apologetic and didn't let it happen again.

Noah and Jeremiah did a phenomenal job on packing up the PackRat storage container. With all of my belongings, I even have room left. I will need a second round of packing up at the end of this month and will be using ProLoad again.

Carlos and DeShaun were great. On time, efficient, courteous, and communicative. They made swift work of things, and without any complaints, despite that my HOA made me put my moving pod at the other end of the complex.

I got the team of Carlos-and-Alex who moved every bin, box, belongings, and furniture from a hilly San Francisco apartment to a rented 16' Budget truck. They completed the job within the allocated time, in an organized and efficient manner. They were open to guide me on how they packed the truck, the professional way, since they knew the move would a 700-mile drive. The truck couldn't open the ramp due to a parked car behind it, and they were fine with it. They made the entire loading smoothly and comfortable. I also observed how they communicated with each other -- effectively and respectful towards each other. They arrived on time and were also both pleasant. I've never used this service before, and my experience got me thinking I need to hire the company again for the unloading portion of my move.
