The movers did great packing the truck. They were fast and used every space available. They were able to get all the heavy stuff loaded and tied down before their time ran out. My only complaint is that I needed more time to finish the packing but they were not available to stay bc they had another job to get to. My question is what should I have done? The website offers to add additional time if needed but if the movers are unavailable then that defeats the cushion of adding more hours. So now I am looking for ppl to come and help me finish the truck and I am not physically able to lift and move the house.

Need to load into a large 1BR apartment. Belonging is about 700-800 Cf at the most. Booked 2 helpers for 3 hours. Gave them priorities (essential vs. non-essential items).
He didn't want any communication during loading. After 3 hours, only about 2/3 of belongings were loaded and he estimated 3 hours are needed when he come back several hours later.
Another team of two was hired and they were able to finish the remaining job in 52 minutes. A couple of appointments were missed due to then became a day-long loading job.
