Strong guys, friendly and seemed caring. They obviously had some experience packing and kept busy. But they stopped after about 1.5 hours, before the job was done, saying the truck was full; it wasn't. I added several boxes after they left, but I couldn't get the twin bed set loaded by myself. We both forgot about 3 bins in a closet. Unfortunately, because I had book them ahead of time for an extra hour (3 instead of the minimum 2 hours), I was charged for 3 hours and the company would not refund the cost of the 3rd hour. So I would advise that you book for the minimum amount of time you believe it might take and then ask what they do if you need more time. Perhaps the person who hired them before me did that, and that is why they were more than an hour later than the arrival window.
