The communication and punctuality could have been much better.
I was told my window for them to show up was between 8-9am and was told I would be contacted the day before to confirm the move and time. When I did NOT receive that call, I phoned in at night to confirm they would show up the next morning. I was told they would show up and that they would call in the morning to let me know their time of arrival. I did NOT receive that call in the morning either. On the morning of, I got to the location early and ready. I finally received a call close to 9am and he told me that the other worker didn't have a car, so he had to go to pick him up and would be a little late after 9am. (Shouldn't he have known this the night before and gotten up earlier to arrive on time, rather than tell me at the time they were supposed to be there and then add to my wait time?). They did not show up until 9:30am. So, in total, I was there prior to 8am since I like to be early and not late. I already would have waited an hour if they came at the end of the time window, but since they were late, I waited a total of 1.5 hours.
All this said, the two young men who assisted with moving the items were very hard workers and took care not to damage anything.

The storage POD that contained my goods was packed haphazardly, so it was very difficult to unpack and transfer to the cargo truck. However, the crew did it efficiently and quickly, with great communication. Moreover, they packed the truck expertly, the furniture and belongings didn't shift at all during the 600 mile return trip. These guys deserve special recognition.

The two young men who helped us out went above and beyond what I expected; especially Jule. They were kind, polite, thorough and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The container I ordered was too small and Jule and Manuel returned later that day to finish packing the bigger unit I ended up needing. They worked very hard on a hot day but never complained and they stayed until my stuff was secure. Great guys! Thanks again.
