Very communicative regarding confirmation and expected arrival. The only thing is that the arrival was two hours after the scheduled time. Other than this, movers were great. Very fast and effective. To make up for tardiness, they also sent an additional mover.

They were on time! and they were prepared for the job. All four of them worked really hard and the job was done in 7 and 1/2 hours. Our house was 1500 sq. ft. They were very careful with our property's and goods and we wish they lived out here in Tennessee so we could use them again . That 26' foot truck was packed sooooooo professionally, I almost took a picture of it. The only problem was the trailer that was attached to the truck was the last to be packed. We had plants in the back and one plant was stacked on top of another plant and a large 3 panel mirror was not strapped so it came down on our 2 palm trees and crushed them. It was also at the end of the day, and everyone was getting tired, but WE LOVE THUNDERHORSE!!!

The guys were great. They showed up on time and were super careful with our belongings. Everything arrived with zero damage which was a huge relief (also the basis for my 5 star rating). The one negative I will say is that they were a little slow in packing. The whole job took more than 4 hours which is a long time considering that my wife and I had packed everything in boxes ahead of time, and we were moving less than a 1 bedroom apartment since we had gotten rid of some big furniture before our move. Also the guys got lost en route to the new apartment and that added an extra 30 minutes which they did not ask me to pay for. All said, good service, careful work, just wish it could have been a little faster.
