They were on time! and they were prepared for the job. All four of them worked really hard and the job was done in 7 and 1/2 hours. Our house was 1500 sq. ft. They were very careful with our property's and goods and we wish they lived out here in Tennessee so we could use them again . That 26' foot truck was packed sooooooo professionally, I almost took a picture of it. The only problem was the trailer that was attached to the truck was the last to be packed. We had plants in the back and one plant was stacked on top of another plant and a large 3 panel mirror was not strapped so it came down on our 2 palm trees and crushed them. It was also at the end of the day, and everyone was getting tired, but WE LOVE THUNDERHORSE!!!

The guys were great. They showed up on time and were super careful with our belongings. Everything arrived with zero damage which was a huge relief (also the basis for my 5 star rating). The one negative I will say is that they were a little slow in packing. The whole job took more than 4 hours which is a long time considering that my wife and I had packed everything in boxes ahead of time, and we were moving less than a 1 bedroom apartment since we had gotten rid of some big furniture before our move. Also the guys got lost en route to the new apartment and that added an extra 30 minutes which they did not ask me to pay for. All said, good service, careful work, just wish it could have been a little faster.

I cannot offer enough praise for Thunderhorse Moving. We were informed late the night before our move by PODS.com that they were going to pick up our two large PODS between 11 & 2, even though we had scheduled a late afternoon pick up. We tried contacting pods.com, but all we kept hearing was that the pick-up time is not guaranteed (separate very negative review for pods.com). I called Jorge in the morning in a bit of a panic, and he said that he could provide 3 guys instead of 2. They arrived early and got moving immediately. The packing of the pod was fascinating. Imagine a 3D puzzle made of nice square boxes and then throw in weird shaped items like a lawn mower, patio chairs that won't stack, lamps, and other funky shaped items. It's amazing to watch how they are able to use every nook and cranny of the pod. They filled 2 large pods in record time so that we wouldn't be penalized by pods.com for not being ready for pick up. We also used their super helpful blanket and plastic wrapping service. It was nice because we didn't know how many moving blankets or rolls of plastic wrap we'd need. By using this service, we didn't pay for extra stuff we didn't need. They also did an amazing job wrapping the plasma TV, which had no idea how to wrap/protect. They were super respectful, they treated all of our stuff with care, and we'd absolutely hire them again. Just as an FYI, we had only ordered one large pod, but after talking with Jorge, he stressed that it would probably not be enough for our house. He was absolutely right! They completely filled two large pods with not an inch to spare. Thank you Thunderhorse!

Great job! On time. Very hard workers. Did a really good job wrapping our furniture well to protect it, and fit as much as was possible into our POD. Worked for about 5 and half hours with only about a 15 minute break. Would recommend this company. Thanks to Kevin and Ronny for a great job!

I am a former military wife and have moved 16 times in 25 military years. By far, these were the best movers I have EVER had...
They were on time (early actually), so prepare and took so much care with my items.
I just couldn't believe how warm and friendly they were and asked me questions to make sure they did what I wanted.
They were a great team and worked very cohesively, and I enjoyed them being in my home.
I would highly recommend this team....GREAT!!!

The guys were on time to our home. They were very careful to pack our belongings to prevent breakage. They worked very hard and efficiently during the 4 1/2 hours they were loading the truck. Honestly, I don't know how we would have made our move without them.
