your guys showed up on time, measured out the job and got to work. They loaded a 26 ft truck with our furniture and boxes, wrapped what needed wrapped and strapped it all down for us. All in two and a half hours. REMARKABLE. I take my hat of to them on such a hot day.

first they get 3 stars and not five because of the "company polices" that these 2 men work for. As one worked his behind off carrying very heavy furniture alone the other one ( for very long periods of time) had to take pictures and send them to the company. I hired 2 men to carry furniture not one to carry and one to be a photographer. After a while of this photo shoot I told the young man he needs to put the cell phone away and help the other man carry items. He replied " the company requires he takes 20 pictures". My husband and I promised to give the company our opinion about their policy. No where in the paper work are you told this. The men themselves were polite, careful, friendly and very helpful. They finished in 2 hours unloading the truck as we wanted. But we helped them a lot to make up for the time waster taking "pictures". Bottom line: would I use this company again ??? NO you have to hire 3 men and not 2 so one can take pictures and text message and 2 can unload your truck. Ridiculous.

Good workers, efficient. Only problem was late arrival. Expected them around 5pm. Arrived at 7:30pm.

They packed my truck with disorder and irregard for the condition they left my belongings. Several things were broken. Would never hire them again.

1 of the guys on my 2 man crew had a bad attitude, poor listening skills and stubborn towards me. the other guy was a good, experienced mover so that is why i gave 2 stars instead of 1. they got to residence before i arrived with the truck so they started walking thru the house like they owned it and made my friend sign paperwork. i was not happy!

The crew was called in when another company was a no-show. They did a good job with the move.
They arrived within the time slot & worked hard.
They were safety conscious, which I really appreciate.
One area for improvement would be to pay more attention to what the customer wants done.
