They were early and very polite. We had a somewhat challenging move to a second story condo. It was understandable that it took longer than it typically would have (we had to add an extra hour). However, I was disappointed that I saw and heard several of my items being banged into boxes/other furniture, doorways or the floor at times. I think it was because one of the guys thought he could bring up multiple items at once, but then didn't adjust/watch carefully when going through doors or passing other furniture. I did not see the second guy have any of these same issues - he did a great job. All in all, it was an okay job considering the rate.

Great job! Considering that the movers who packed the truck, ( Emerald Movers) did such a horrible job. Much of my furniture what destroyed; with everything fallen and wedged, it was plain dangerous to tackle this job. But they were experienced and able to safely unload the truck in record time!
