Better than could be expected. They arrived on time. They called me in advance. They were excellent workers took things under control themselves and werr really indispensable in our situation. We were closing and moving all the display pieces out of a store, they found a dump that we could take the items to, drove my truck there, dumped that, came back twice. They were a great pleasure to work with.

The for gentlemen who were provided to help us did an AMAZING job. Not only were they on time, but they had already helped another customer for 4 hours or so before they arrived at our location. And even so they worked very hard in the Savannah heat and humidity. They were on time, they were professional, they were prepared, they worked very hard, and we would absolutely use them again.

These 3 gentleman had shown up 1 hr and 45 mins past the time they were to be here. When they finally arrived, they had no hand trucks, no moving equipment at all and seemed upset when they ask my husband if he had any gloves and a hand truck they could use. They are very polite young men but they were more interested in sharing their stories on how they met and playing with their phones instead of working. My husband finally went out and started helping them to move heavy furniture. This is why we hired them in the first place so we would not have to move the heavy items which we finally had to do ourselves. We have a 6 bedroom home. They only moved 1 headboard, 1 mattress and a dresser to the upstairs bedrooms. We have extremely heavy living room furniture and after my husband going outside to let them know that this needs done before they left, they huffed and puffed and had to take multiple breaks before getting it into the front door. My husband is 41 yrs old. My son, that is 20 yrs old and he moved that very same couch and loveseat by themselves into the pod!!! I thought these young men were very polite and courteous but maybe moving furniture is the wrong profession for them. I would definitely not recommend them nor would I use hire-a-helper in the near future. We are military and move every 2-3 years. We were very disappointed in the quality of work these young men provided.
