Quality moving solutions did a great job for us. They took the worry and the hassle out of the move and made it an enjoyable experience. They showed up on time , they are very qualified, know what they're doing, very efficient and respectful of our goods. We were very very satisfied with them. Yes we would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends who have a move to do.

The three men we're awesome and helpful. It was not their fault but we were scheduled at 12:00 and they called to say they were going to be late around 1:30 because their earlier job ran over time. That was fine but I had a rented truck that had to back by 4:00 so my daughter and I began emptying the POD ourselves. By the time the gentlemen showed up to unload we had it already 3/4 of the way emptied. It took them about 1 1/2 hours to complete their job and I got stuck for a bill for three hours. I did not like that AT ALL. The men we're great! If I recommend Hire-A-Helper I will tell people to just reserve for an hour and if it goes over then you just pay for that. I don't think it's fair for those of us who plan, get put off because of some other customer that runs over their time then get shafted for time not used.

On time, hard working and respectful of property. Cannot express how pleased we were with the two young men who made my son's family move in a wonderful, quick unload. I tried to get them to stop for a short rest but they insisted on working until the job was finished. I was especially pleased since it was a last minute booking made after hours the day before the move in. Liked the communication informing us of confirmation of booking and helpers on their way. Payment wasn't completed until I called and confirmed job was completed satisfactory. Wonderful, wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Made one of life's less pleasurable experiences quite pleasant!

They were efficiant and mindful of how we wanted items handled.They finished with time to spare, and could have helped unpack some large items however I think they were hired to unload only. We would use them again.

The entire crew went above and beyond my expectations. They were extremely polite, worked quickly and worked hard. They assembled the furniture. They cleaned up the empty boxes and even swept out the moving truck for me. I would recommend this company/crew to anyone. Great job!
