These gentlemen were very kind and nice and more than accommodating when we had to order two additional PODS, which meant more time and labor on their part, but also more money for their company.
It was discovered that there were multiple items and most pieces of furniture damaged, as only 3 pieces were wrapped. The owner of the home, as instructed, provided all packing pads/blankets, wraps, packing materials needed for all items to be properly packed so no damage would occur. He is a retired 21 year Army Veteran and has moved 15 times. This is NOT their first rodeo.
NEVER have their belongings been so damaged!
The moving company in TN have been taking their own pics and will attest to the damage done due to pour packing and loading and it having NOTHING to do with the transport.
Prior to writing this review, I left WP and L 3 voicemails and sent an email saying basically everything in the review, as well as sent them pictures of all the damage. At this time, we have heard nothing from them. I let them know we were prepared to call the BBB, write multiple bad reviews using names and multiple social media platforms. All of this to say, they have been fully aware and prepared for this.
We are not after or out to get anyone by any means and certainly don’t want to ruin someone’s business! We also realize these are just things. However, when someone can disregard someone’s "things," the way that WP and L have done and toss them aside the way that we have witnessed, there’s absolutely no excuse! Furthermore, to NOT own responsibility for your employees actions, just solidifies the kind of company you are. You did not respect our property and I would absolutely NOT use you or recommend you to anyone!
I’d like to understand how WP & L moving solutions is going to compensate all of the damage that has been done?

Movers did a great job! However, the company should change the policy involving the hours charged. For example: I booked for 3 hours. However, it took only two hours. The company needs to refund the additional hour.

Leroy and Jahwan were punctual and notified us well in advance of their arrival and continuously worked to accomplish as much as possible during the first two hours while being careful not to damage our home and property, Our dog was very comfortable around both of them which is unusual for her.
They worked well as a team and explained the documents presented to us.
We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others . .

Guys were great, worked hard, cared about our stuff and packed it into our unit really efficiently. We were worried everything wouldn’t fit but with their skills we had extra room!
