Wish I could give more than 5 stars to this crew - they did an OUTSTANDING job. They were quick and careful every step of the way in our move. Not once did they bump a wall or drop an item. Would definitely recommend!

Great service. The guys who came were fast and diligent, and bonus points had terrific senses of humor. Totally recommend. My only feedback is that an actual call before move day would have made me more comfortable about the process. I saw a few reviews about them being no shows, so when it was the day of, and I had not heard from them over the phone, and nobody at the office was picking up, I started to get very nervous. They did show up, but I think some confirmation over the phone would ease the tension on moving day. Otherwise, they were great!

Beware of Hire A Helper and W P and L moving solutions.
I paid for 2 staff for 2 hours to arrive between 9-10.
I received 1 staff member (whom worked his butt off to help me) at 10:30.
Another two workers rolled in at 11:04 and worked until 11:14 because that was all that was left to put in truck. My order was for load only, as I had a 1200 mile trip to make after truck was loaded. The second staffer asks what floor the apartment was on as he apparently thought they were unloading the truck as well?? He obviously was not familiar with my move request at all!!
I have reached out to the phone numbers I was given for W P and L Moving Solutions and the individual who answered the phone was from a completely different company. I reached out to Hire A Helper last week and have heard nothing back.
WHAT A JOKE AND SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!
