This company Was very unprofessional and not worth a grain of salt. I was supposed to have two helpers for two hours however when I open my door it was 4 guys. I felt uncomfortable because I’m a single woman with 2 strangers in my home. One of them kept hitting on me asking if I needed a massage??? They broke my grandsons police car, my candles which retailed at $20 each. Then for one hour they just sat on the truck ramp talking then came in and said the truck was full so I couldn’t even get the stuff from my house on the truck and they won’t answer the phone so I can get my $$$ back. If I have to I will contact hirerahelper for restitution…..DO NOT hire this company, especially if you are a woman with unaccounted people just showing up it’s a **** ****** in the making!!!!!!

Crew was friendly. All worked hard, however they had another job following my move so cut my job short about 30 minutes. Not sure how I missed that. They got all the heavy items moved, but my wife and I were left to move the remaining 40-50 boxes.

I hired two guys for five hours and six guys showed up. I asked who was in charge and Ty said no one. And they were rough with my furniture and one guy argued with me that he was finished after two hours and I had a lot more stuff in my house to move out and he argued that he was done based on me showing him through the house pieces of furniture to go on the truck. I simply was explaining to him what needed to go on the truck first being the heaviest pieces of furniture and that was how I wanted it taken out of the house and after those pieces of furniture he and the other guys were just standing out by the curb and I told him that I still had more stuff to go in the truck. But he said “well you didn’t tell me about the other stuff” and I said well you didn’t ask and the half of the truck could’ve carried the rest of my boxes. He said he was done and still standing there arguing with me and I told him I wasn’t gonna argue with him that I paid for five hours and that it didn’t matter if he thought he was done or not. I needed more stuff put in the truck and when I looked in the truck it was poorly packed in my 26 foot truck and there was plenty a room if it had been packed properly. Pieces of my furniture were broken and laying on top of other pieces that were lighter weight and laying on their sides and just laying in the truck with open gaps everywhere. I will never use this company again.
A few of the guys in the group actually did work hard and understand to not drag my furniture and not lay stuff on top of other stuff that wasn’t protected.
Somebody should’ve called me and said or asked me about six guys showing up. To hang out for five hours expecting tips when it wasn’t necessary to have six guys. I was also told the owner of the company was going to contact me but he never did.

All workers arrived on time and ready to work. Received a courtesy call when they were on the way. Workers worked hard and got the job done in the time requested. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future.

The gentlemen that came to my home to pack my UPack trailer were very nice and courteous and on time. The problem I had was that they packed the front of the trailer to the roof and packed the back end of the 9 feet of the trailer I rented not quite so high - about half high. In transit, everything shifted from the tall side back and down against the bulkhead doors and crushed a piece of furniture. I had to physicslly hold up a mattress and bed frame myself while others got the furniture that shifted and fell off of the rest of the furniture. I wish that it had been loaded more evenly so that the shift would not have been so damaging.

We were very happy with our movers! Scheduling was easy and efficient, with both calls and emails to confirm the date and time. The day of the move the guys were available 2 hours earlier than we had planned. They called and offered to come early if we wanted and it worked out well. They were very friendly, respectful, efficient and got the job done quickly. We will absolutely use them again when it's time to get all of our things out of the storage unit!
