They arrived within the time frame I was given and they were very nice. However, my issue was not noticed until they were gone. There are grooves in the hardwood flooring of the landing of my stairway caused by their handling of the item item they were taking upstairs. That is really a devastating discovery for me.

They never messed around -- started on time and kept a strong pace throughout the move.
Both pleasant and personable while they worked - the storage unit was packed in a very organized manner which indicated they were very conscious on what they were doing and took pride in their work - something you don't find much anymore.
I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen --- kudos.

The two young men (I believe their names were Derek and Jamal) were excellent. They showed up on time. They were courteous, respectful and treated our belongings as though they were theirs’.
They completed the job in less time than I expected. They didn’t take a break until the work was done. Before completing the job they reviewed the job, tidied up after themselves and made a particular point of thanking us for allowing them to provide us their services.
Based on this experience, I would highly recommend these men, their company (W. P & L Moving Services) and the entire process using HireAHelper.com.
