Stressful to deal with and couldn't get my couch up.

Arrived outside of the specified window of time. Spent 30 minutes rearranging the moving truck and putting boxes upside down.
Damaged several items while packing them into the truck.
Loaded the truck inefficiently.
The only thing I can say is that they worked fairly hard, but it was a mess.

I’ve used all star movers for several moves now, but this was my worst experience. I had two movers for two hours. One gentlemen was very nice, but they both moved very slowly. I’ve moved this same one bedroom four times now, and I’ve never had a group go over time, even when I lived on a higher floor. The unload last time was under two hours. There was no sense of urgency which caused us to have to move items with them so that we didn’t go over the elevator time. One gentlemen was half wearing a mask only which means maybe he wasn’t vaccinated but also wasn’t following the rules. A very disappointing experience. I would use the company again but not the movers I had this time.

Great movers! They were fast and efficient. They came early which was greatly appreciated! Even though we had really big, heavy furniture, they didn't complain. I'd definitely go with this company if I'm ever in the area again!
