The woman still needed directions from the man. She kept putting things aside instead of loading them. Therefore, several item never got loaded including a headboard. But the man was fast and efficient... the woman should not be a mixer.
When i got to my destination, a $4,000.00 China hutch was broke and the bedroom dresser was all knicked up.

Allstar Movers is an understatement. Ray and Alex were SO awesome in helping us get all of our stuff into the uhaul.
They were so kind and super careful and efficient. I cannot be more grateful!

The two young men who did my moving were very nice. That is unfortunately the best I can say about the entire experience.
-One mover stepped on the threshold of my door, broke it, didn't tell me, but asked for tape. I later saw why he needed the tape. The one mover tried to tell me "it was already like that," but luckily the other young man who broke it took ownership.
-They broke an end table of mine, but did not tell me, just left it on the ground of my garage for me to find later after they left.
-I called their boss to let them know about the damages, (they answered "hello," so not a great business model.) She said to file a claim with Hire A Helper and also told me their two hours were up and the movers had to leave. (but on my contract it said if it went over the time I requested, I would just be charged accordingly) No, they just left me with the rest of my things to pack myself.
-One of the movers said their boss called and told them to stop working, but they (the boss) was on their way to look at the damage and would be arriving in 10 minutes. About 30 minutes go by, I check outside, and the two movers just left. Along with many of my belongings in the garage, with the door open, as well as my POD open with all of my other belongings.
I hired them to do my moving into my new place next month, and without saying, I will be cancelling them.

All Star Movers rocks! The two young men who arrived to unload our POD were on time, professional, and got right to it. They had a system and worked efficiently. They listened to where I wanted the boxes placed, and even grouped boxes with the same labels together, without further direction from me.
I would highly recommend All Star movers to anyone who wants to get the job done in a timely manner, while taking good care of our precious cargo. Hats off to All Star movers for having such a good team to represent you.

Of course the move didn't go as planned. I had to switch the movers times by 12-24 hours. Guess what, I called, the mailbox was full and no one responded to my email. At the end of the day, I was charged well over 100 bucks but the cancellation/change fee was within the hours they allotted. They just didn't have the business acumen to answer the phone.
The movers were great! On time and did what we needed. Actually, kinda amazing.
I would use someone else as the business isn't professional but the movers, who do all the work, probably work for the next company in line on the list.
Who doesn't have a mailbox to leave a message as a business? Lazy and shady people is my opinion.
