They showed up over an hour early and refused to stay past the three hours I had prepaid for despite coming so early. This did not give me time to start unlocking my seven pods and remove the small items and boxes from the front to give better access to furniture.
The two young (maybe 18, possibly younger) moved slow and did not have the strength to move many of my items. The one mover disappeared to my bathroom for over 20 minutes. They broke an antique bed frame and ripped off all the handles to my mattress and didn't tell me.

Tony and Greg were the helpers and they did a Great Job!!!!!!! They were on time , very respectful of property . Worked very hard until job done. Glad we used them.

The two individuals who came and packed my furniture were very professional! They made sure everything was moved safely and packed efficiently into the POD I used. They also ensure I had some room left over to put more boxes in the POD over the next few days. Would absolutely recommend!

They were nice and respectful, but they did not pack my furniture correctly. I bought blankets, but they only used a few. When I unpacked my pod, almost all of my furniture was damaged. Most is not fixable. I will definitely not use this company again.

Our two movers were actually early. They were all business, no down time. We planned for three hours to load our trailer and they were done in two. They were very experienced. Furniture was packed efficiently and safely. We were very happy with their work. Yes we would use them again, but hopefully we will not be moving any more.

Chris and Gil were efficient and completed the loading of two PODS in the three hours I budgeted. They were courteous. They do require heavier supervision by the owner (me). They were not careful with my fragile possessions, did not pay attention to boxes stating “no load on top,” and did not use the furniture pads I bought. Again, they need heavy supervision, but with two PODS to load and for me to reload fragile items, I could not oversee the overall packing job. I hope my family is not disappointed when we unload.

Both movers were so courteous and efficient. They handled our belongings with such care. High praise to both. I would like to leave a tip but was unprepared in the flurry of activity. How can I make that happen?

Super fast and on time. Were very helpful and patient, cared about where they put our things, and how they handled some of the older furniture and boxes marked fragile. Overall a great experience.
