The two guys that helped me were nice and handled everything carefully but took forever to load everything.. the other team I hired to unload and reload into a storage unit took 45 minutes and it took these guys 3 hours which was an additional from what I scheduled.

There was miscommunication on my unload timing (they arrived at 8am instead of 8pm) but when I confirmed it was 8pm they were fine with it. I got a call in the afternoon asking to come by earlier than my appointment time since they had another customer that was going to be late.
They arrived and did what I needed. The only thing I didn't like was that my wood floors were scuffed by the moving dolly. When I called to notify Hire A Helper I was given a price adjustment in lieu of having to do a formal claim.

This is the second day this week we have used Hire A Helper. They did an amazing job today, as they did for our previous review. Layshon (sp) and his female helper loaded the POD in less than 2 hours---very efficient workers. We would definitely recommend Hire A Helper and we will use again once we purchase our new house in Florida.
We were also very impressed that both had been previously tested for the coronavirus. That eased our mind too, since we are in our late 60's/early 70's and in a vulnerable category.

These guys rocked! A 26 ft truck all packed in less than 6 and half hours! Could not say enough good things about the hard workers that they were. I hope we get them tomorrow!

The two-person team arrived on time, took good care with moving our stuff to the POD, and packed the POD well-enough to give us some extra room to add some more lighter stuff afterwards. We still have one more POD to go after our house sells - hope to get the same crew for help then.

Tony and Greg did an amazing job! We have another date scheduled with you for next Thursday (4/16/20) and we were hoping Tony and Greg could be the two sent by you to finish the job. They said they could make the remaining items fit in the second pod. We would recommend your company in a minute. Outstanding service and communication. They worked their tails off for 5 hours. There is absolutely nothing negative we could say about our experience. We were called by the office to let us know they were on the way, and when they arrived, they set to work. Well done!
