I had a terrible experience with this moving company and would not recommend them to anyone. They arrived over a hour before their scheduled time which added undue stress on the move due to a lot of moving parts in motion before their arrival, of which they also showed up with more people than scheduled, more on this later. Despite providing three dozen moving blankets, the movers used less than one dozen, which led to significant damage to my furniture. Many of my wooden pieces, including an expensive dresser and dining table, were scratched and gouged. A mirror ended up unusable after the deep scratches from the move.
The truck was packed haphazardly, and it was clear they didn’t take care to protect my belongings properly, even though they had more than enough blankets available to use.
There were numerous smoke breaks taken during the 3 hour time slot, some even taken near our possessions. At about the 2 hour mark, they were clearly in a rush to leave even though approximately a quarter of the items in the house were not on the truck yet. I’m sure in their heads it was 3 hours because they had shown up an hour early, but we didn’t start loading until the scheduled time anyway since the truck had arrived at the scheduled time. After getting the message that they were ready to leave, they charged me on the spot for the additional worker and tried saying that we went over the scheduled time (again, because they arrived way early but we didn’t start actually loading until the truck until the scheduled time).
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Careless and unprofessional are the best words to describe this company. I’ve used moving companies 5 times in the last 3 years and this is far and away the worst experience I’ve had. If you value your possessions, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your moving needs. This company is the cheapest for a reason.

Steve (Stevie Wonder) and his team were a bit later than expected but they let me know so I wasn't surprised. When they arrived they hit the ground running and worked incredibly hard (and carefully) to get everything off of the truck. We appreciated how respectful they were of us and our property and how responsive they were to requests we made. We would absolutely use them again!
