We came across "Hire A Helper" (HAH) through links to them at the PODS
and PackRats container web sites. We needed to get a container for
temporary moving and storage of some material during a major remodeling
project.
The HAH web site was very helpful in showing us local movers with their
rates and capabilities. We selected a mover and HAH took care of the
details of the connections.
The movers came on time, both to load the container and to unload the
container.
Unfortunately, one of the pieces of furniture got damaged in the move.
HAH was very responsive in helping us get the matter taken care of.
Their reimbursement and help was fair, and covered the repair expenses.
We are glad that this service, HAH exists, for it saved us a lot of
hassle trying to figure out the moving work, in getting estimates, and
scheduling.
