I hired 2 people to help load my moving truck. The first one arrived 20 minutes. The second person was about 25 minutes after him. I advised the first person we needed a treadmill broken down. He said he didn't have tools. He would have to go buy some and left. I was charged $25 extra for them to bring tools. By this time, we were past the first hour (I only hired them for two hours.) The first guy came back with tools, but neither person was clear on how to dismantle the treadmill. The only item they moved was a bed frame that they set in the middle of the truck. It was clear they didn't know what they were doing, so I sent them on their way. This only made a stressful move more stressful. I would not recommend Allstar movers to anyone.

Used them for a last minute move. Help came at promised time and was very professional and got the job done to my satisfaction. I did have one issue: I ordered 2 helpers and only 1 showed up. I was reimbursed for the missing helper but I would have liked the extra help as promised.
