We have been in business for 22 years in Scottsdale Arizona. We do packing, moving, storage and unpacking. The crew according to the job is 3 to 6 men. If you want the slowest, laziest, most entitled workers; sunshine moving is the place.
They moved tubs, with wheels, not in their hand-truck or by the built in wheels but my teamlift one at a time. They damaged the floors, my couch and my dresser. One crew member attempted to make a trip out of a 1x1 ft cube of network cable, the other was incredibly rude after I wanted the heavy work completed by the end of my scheduled 3 hours. It took them over 2 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment. I emptied more than have the truck in under 40 minutes in flip flops by myself. I was so glad I got the hand-truck with my moving truck.
They were so upset in not getting extra hours, that the intentionally damaged my couch by putting it on its back on a dolly. And pushed my dresser up stairs while it was on its top.
Zero stars, even ask my neighbor. She came out when she heard yelling, I apologized and explained my frustrations; she instantly agreed and started yelling at the old white man child, her yelling at him was probably the best part of this awful moving experience.
There was a safety issue going down stairs with the heavy tubs. His behavior was erratic and and he tossed the mattress and box springs down the stairs and almost him us. He was not finished packing and not ready to move.
It would be impossible for any mover to load a 24 foot truck
with stairs and go 14 miles to unload with stairs. At least
5 to 6 hours. He was scratching his face and arms constantly. He yelled at the movers saying that they were trying to get more time which was not true. They did not
damage anything. My guys refused the tip he offered
because he was an ass the whole time.
