They helped us unload a Pod into our first-floor apartment, and despite the pod being placed in a less-than-ideal location, they handled the situation seamlessly and with great flexibility. Their professionalism and personable demeanor made the entire process stress-free. They were incredibly careful with our belongings, ensuring everything was handled safely and placed exactly where we needed it. We had a wonderful experience moving out of an apartment in downtown Bellevue into a condo in Redmond. They were extremely professional and took excellent care of our belongings.
