One of our two movers, Darius, was excellent. He was professional, careful with our belongings, and s pleasure to work with. Our other mover, Lonnie, was distant, careless with our items. He broke a dresser drawer, asked for a tip before even being done, (and after breaking the drawer, which he didn't even apologize for), and left our expensive, imported dining room table scuffed from the door jamb, and on its side, for Darius and me to turn right side up onto its legs. He left the table and just walked out without a word. I tipped Darius, and told him he could choose to keep the entire tip, (he was the only one whom earned one today), or share it with Lonnie if he wanted to. Lonnie also was sneezing all over the place, very close to our belongings, and now I have a lot of extra cleaning to do as we have a two year old, and my wife is pregnant. So, to summarize, Darius was awesome, Lonnie, I could've done without the carelessness, broken furniture, attitude, and germs.

The team was responsive and willing to be flexible with our time constraints. We had a full trailer of furniture and the two guys they sent over had everything unloaded and stored in our unit in 30 minutes. Overall very friendly and prompt service! Would recommend.

Muscle Movers were incredible! We had two movers come out to help us load a Uhaul Ubox. They arrived within the set time frame, jumped right in to help, and went above and beyond to make everything fit well in our Ubox. They took care to ensure it was packed well with good weight distribution and they truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for your incredible service!

1. The first man came past the window time we were given, and thee 2nd one was 45 minutes late.
This held us up, since it was a 2-man job to move the furniture.
Yet, the clock started ticking the minute the first one showed up. This shouldn't have happened!
It was a small job that should not have taken more than 1 1/2 hours.
2. These men were CLUELESS as to what they were supposed to do.
3. They sat down, and were not doing anything most of the time; this was REALLY upsetting.
4. Your company sent us totally inexperienced men for a job that required expertise in the moving field.
5. None of the equipment mentioned in the "Helper Details" was brought with them!!!
I shouldn't have given them a tip of $20 each; they certainly didn't deserve it!
Muscle Movers should not have sent us inexperienced workers.

One of the "muscle movers" called me a "b***ch" in text, I have the screenshot. I wasn't able to find their license number on the Washington UTC website, looks like they don't have a company and a license to be in that business.
Hierahelper sent me that "Muscle Movers". They moved the arrival time from 12-1 pm to 2-3 pm and at 4 pm left for running their chores. They've sent 1 mover to replace 2, scammed HireAHelper and me into taking payment for 3 hours for 2 movers despite moving 1.5 hours with 2 and 1.5 hours with one mover.
They've been milking the time in the worst and ugliest manner, been rude to my driver, and talked bad about him behind his back.
They addressed a person who wasn't their customer saying that they need tips from her and they need that tips in cash.
That were the most dishonest, time milking, rude "movers" I've had in my life and I've seen a lot of movers.
One of them, then I've asked them to work decently, texted me "B***ch I don't give a f**k" and then "f**k outta here".
