I'm cheaper( doesn't mean you don't get quality grade "A"work!!). You get a sense of security, punituality, and hard work at it's best. I'm 6'10 290 lbs... They arrived on time. Some were wearing masks, none gloves. The general move was good but after they left, we Found out things were left undone. The loading was quick and alright. The unloading was to be done in 3 story house. We paid extra for that. 20% of what should go to the 3rd, was left on the ground floor. We paid 1 hour extra because 20 minutes were exceeded probably because one of the helpers got injured so the unloading had only 3 guys instead of 4 that we paid for. Some furniture was scratched and a armchair with the fabric scratched too.They have to be more careful.

What training do you provide your crew members?
I train them to be honest,loyal, to be proffessionals first. Secondly training them prpoperly how to pad/cover furniture,how to properly lift....to load/unload trucks to disassemble/reassemble furniture. My crew have great exp but along the way if i get inexperienced workers i will train properly.
