The guys were amazing. They were friendly, personable, and cared about our stuff. We ended up doing two loads, they worked their butts off going up and down two flights of steps and never complained. What training do you provide your crew members?
I train them to be honest,loyal, to be proffessionals first. Secondly training them prpoperly how to pad/cover furniture,how to properly lift....to load/unload trucks to disassemble/reassemble furniture. My crew have great exp but along the way if i get inexperienced workers i will train properly.
