I'm cheaper( doesn't mean you don't get quality grade "A"work!!). You get a sense of security, punituality, and hard work at it's best. I'm 6'10 290 lbs... TLDR; Aaron and Mike did a fantastic job! They were able to move quickly/efficiently and took the time to make sure everything was transported safely. I could not recommend these two more.
Longer version;
Aaron and Mike were punctual with plenty of heads up so that we would be prepared for their arrival. Even though we had a lot to clear by the time they arrived, they worked with us to get everything moved quickly and efficiently. We had A LOT of very old and heavy vintage furniture to move. They took the time to make sure everything was packed safely for transport while at the same time moved extremely quickly and efficiently with no apparent damage to any of our property. When it came to unloading, they made sure everything was placed right where we wanted including the heavy furniture on the second floor. Aaron and Mike had great communication with us and worked really well as a team. They made sure we were comfortable with how they handled our property and helped relieve a lot of the stress that comes with moving.

What training do you provide your crew members?
I train them to be honest,loyal, to be proffessionals first. Secondly training them prpoperly how to pad/cover furniture,how to properly lift....to load/unload trucks to disassemble/reassemble furniture. My crew have great exp but along the way if i get inexperienced workers i will train properly.
