The movers were fine, but I don’t agree with your company policy on unused hours. I feel like if I initially paid for four hours and I only used two hours. The right thing to do would be to refund the customer their money back for the unused time. Also I gave a $40 tip to the gentleman. So my issue is with you Mr. Ferguson. Please do better in the future and change that policy. I feel like I have been robbed. That is bad business to knowingly take people money for labor hours that weren’t used. I think the Better Business Bureau (BBB) needs to hear about this. I will not be using you in the future or recommend.

They were excellent commentators, showed up on time , were very professional, and took time moving my possessions for a successful move experience. Moreover, we had set backs due to hurricane Helene and they were very patient with the rescheduling of the job. I highly recommend this company for your move .
