Great guys. They arrived 20 minutes early. After getting the lay of the land, so to speak, they punched in and were done in two hours exactly, just as scheduled. Super friendly and helpful.

Noah's Moving Services arrived on time and were very prepared for the job. They were flexible with us and all the unexpected details of our move. At the start, our belongings in the POD had shifted and they worked carefully to get the door open while not damaging any of our things. Each member of the team was respectful and took extra care with our belongings.

BEST MOVERS EVER!!!!!!
First, I was pretty scared because I had called this company twice, asking to talk to someone to confirm that they would be there to move me. As a first time professional mover user, I just wanted that confirmation for myself. They did not call me back, I got a text that said “you should be getting the emails that say that you are confirmed”. To be honest, I was quite concerned & a little more than mad about that but I needed their help so I said nothing.
They came right on time on my move day, looked around and looked into the largest POD that they had (16 feet), I thought it to be wayyyyyy too small for all my stuff. So much so, I had already rented a U-Haul truck & backed it up right next to the POD. They didn’t even tell me their names but they got right to work & fit EVERYTHING into that POD! I mean they “Tetrised” that POD like I’ve never seen AND they did it within my time frame. I offered to help, of course; they told me no thanks. It was AMAZING & I’m still looking to tip them hard. After being super scared, then seeing what professionals do, I’m convinced that they are the way to go from now on. THANK YOU ZACH at Hireahelper, you know this was a scary situation at the beginning. I’m so happy with what they did, I keep telling everybody. I’d use this service again and again.

I wish I had found Noah's first. I used another mover and think the problems they had would not have occurred if I'd had Noah's doing the packing. They are clearly knowledgeable about how to move unusual items and have the muscles to make sure nothing gets knocked about.
They were on time, hard working, friendly, and professional. I will definitely use them again!!

The guys arrived on time. After a quick overview of what need to be done, they got to work. Very quick; very efficient; and very mannerable. 2 reasons why I gave them a “good job” instead of excellent. 1) My husband purposely left the garage door open and the stove that we mentioned several times still got forgotten. As I was making a quick check to see if anything was left behind, I noticed a shelf was left out and I got distracted when I was on my way to the garage. We attempted to move it to the POD but it was way too heavy for us. Therefore we had to leave it. The second reason was my vacuum cleaner got wet from the water that was leaking all over the floor after the washer was disconnected. I spoke to one of the guys about it and he said they usually leak after they are disconnected from the washer. Yes, but not all over my vacuum cleaner. Overall, I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. There was a few mishaps but they respected our belongings and worked extremely hard.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon receiving your work order, we will enter your information into our system, which will generate an email to you, informing you of your booking. You will at the same time receive an email from HireAHelper letting you know that we have accepted your booking. This way both HireAHelper & Noah's Services will be letting you know of any changed to your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We do everything we can to arrive on time, meaning the start of your one hour arrival window, yet if your move is later in the day, as you can imagine some moves do not go as planned and run over. This may cause us to arrive a little later then planned. We will contact you prior to being late. Yet once the crew has arrived, they will ask you for a walk through of what is going on, they will come up with a game plan, and THEN punch in from their phones at that time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The most important step in your move has nothing to do with boxes or tape! Make sure you are in communication with your movers! The more we know, is the more we can help you. If the day of the move, things you said would happen don't happen, it will result in more time meaning higher cost.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have helped people move one item across the street and across the country, we have also helped customers move their entire home across the street and across the country.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being a mover, you never do the same things twice, ever! Even when moving the same customer, the weather, the trucks, the time of day is somehow different. So, instead of going to a job where you do the same old thing every day, moving is the opposite!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members get paid for, hand over hand, training for the first 40 hours, online training, and provided with a mentor to oversee their learning, before they are ever put on a job without said mentor.
